Shipping & Delivery

Order Processing

Orders will be processed within 3 business days. Orders will not be processed on weekends or holidays. Orders placed during the holiday season may take extra processing time. 

Shipping

Orders over $150 will qualify for Free Standard shipping (3-4 business days). Our Free Shipping offer may not be combined with other promotions or discounts

All other shipping costs and estimated arrival times will be calculated at time of check out. 

We ship through USPS and UPS. 

Please make sure all shipping information is correct at time of check out as we are unable to change it once the order has been processed/label created. This includes shipping method, we are not able to upgrade shipping once the order has been placed. 

Tracking

You will receive an email with a shipping confirmation and a tracking number once your order has been processed and a label has been created. You will need to refer to USPS or UPS for updated tracking information. Please allow 48 hours for carriers to update tracking information. 

Delivery times are estimated and not a guaranteed date. Please allow extra time for holiday shipping.

Missing Shipment

We are sorry to hear that you have not received your order. We ask that you wait 48 hours for your order to show up, it is not uncommon that carriers will update tracking information prematurely. If you still have not received your order within the 48 hours after “delivered” status, please contact us at info@valoureclothiers.com and we will get the issue resolved as soon as possible.
