Return & Exchange Policy

At Valoure Clothiers, we want all of our customers to be satisfied with their purchases. Items must be returned within 30 days of ordering for full refund, or size exchange of the same product. Items will only qualify for return or exchange if they are unworn, unwashed, and still have tags on. 

Once you have filled out the return & exchange form we will email you with a shipping label to return the product. 

We do not except returns or exchanges on items  purchased from a third-party retailer (such as Golf Headquarters, pro shops, ect.) Please contact the retailer for more information on their return and exchange policies. 

We do not expect returns or exchanges for any custom or embroidered apparel.

Returns/Refunds

 Returns/refunds are processed as soon as the item arrives back at our warehouse. Refunds will only be issued to the same original payment method. Please allow 3-5 business days for the credit to appear on your statement. You will receive an email once the return has been processed. 

Please be aware that original shipping costs will not be refunded. 

Exchanges

Exchanges will only be made for the same product/ style number in a different size or color. Your exchange will be processed once your return item has been scanned into the return carriers network. 

Final Sale

All items marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange. Final Sale items are marked within the product details at time of purchase. 

Gift Cards

Gift cards are not eligible for return, refund, or redeemed for cash.
